At GoMyVisa.com, we strive to provide fast and efficient visa facilitation services. However, due to the nature of visa applications and the involvement of third-party authorities (such as embassies), our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

Non-Refundable Fees

All Visa Fees and Service Charges are non-refundable once the application has been submitted, as embassy charges are generally non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation & Corrections

In rare cases where a user immediately notifies us of an error in their application before it is processed, we may consider:

  • Making corrections to the submitted details.
  • Issuing a partial refund of the embassy fee only, provided the visa application has not been submitted to the respective embassy or consulate.

Please note:

  • Once the visa application has been processed or submitted, no refunds can be issued under any circumstances.
  • Our systems are designed for quick processing, and delays from our end are very rare.
